DESCRIPTION OF THE RESIDENCE:
Situated in one of the most evocative and strategic positions in Ustica island, about 100 mt. far from the central Piazza Umberto I and 200 mt. from the main harbour, with a wonderful sight over the village, the Mezzaluna and Santa Maria Cove, “Le Terrazze” Residence, rebuilt in 2006, has 2-3-4 places rooms, equipped with kitchen, table, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, shared panoramic balcony, solarium terrace, breakfast, transfer service, internet point and information service for scooter and boat rental. Open all year, the residence is, thanks to its position, excellent for those who want to have a relaxing and comfortable holiday, in a welcoming, pleasant homely atmosphere. It's the ideal place for Divers as it is very close to most of diving centres, a.r.a. recharges, boat rentals, and to the harbour. Convention with diving center for courses and/or guided immersions.
OUR APARTMENTS ARE ENDOWED WITH:
NIGHT ZONE - read matrimonial with mattress orthopedic length 2 mt. and net with staves, pillows, cabinets and spot, possibility to add a single bed. The four places it is with couch-bed two places to castle.
LIVING ZONE - cooks with sink to a tub, kitchen to two fires, aspirant cloak, refrigerator, ledges you launch and dish. Table for four, clima with ionizzator comfort, aspirator and ricircle air, light of emergency, motorized shutter.
LOCKER ROOM - with closet to two shutters, drawers and hanging, hands suitcases and mirror, safe.
BATH - with sanitary, shower and small trip phone.
SHARED BALCONY - with splendid sight on Cove S. Maria and country.
